Shakespeare by the Sea (SBTS) is seeking submissions from Production Stage Managers for our 2025 Repertory season, featuring AS YOU LIKE IT: The Walkabout Experience, ROBIN HOOD: THE MUSICAL and a one-night-only UNREHEARSED ROMEO AND JULIET. 

 

SBTS, currently in its 32nd annual season, produces plays in Point Pleasant Park each summer. SBTS is a small team with a large impact, and the PSM plays a huge role in coordinating and communicating with all departments in our summer season. 

 

The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, have strong leadership skills and love the outdoors. 

 

SBTS strongly encourages submissions from applicants with a background in the repertory system, classical theatre, musicals, and especially outdoor performance. Rehearsals will take place at the Park Place Theatre and outside in Halifax's Point Pleasant Park. 

 

We are particularly interested in hearing from those living in or with roots in Nova Scotia, but will consider applicants from afar as well!
