2021 SEASON UPDATE

HOW TO SBTS IN 2021

Because of public health guidelines, SBTS has to do things a little differently this year. Please read the following carefully, when you are considering joining us for a show this summer! In short, we strongly encourage you to book seats in advance to secure your spot!

BOOK SEATS IN ADVANCE (BEST METHOD)

Because of reduced gathering limits, we are recommending that you reserve seats in advance. All seats will be reserved in “bubbles” that will be spaced out 6 feet apart.

All seats will be available to reserve in advance up until 5pm on the day of the performance.

BOOK SEATS ON THE DAY OF A PERFORMANCE

We remain committed to making theatre accessible to as many people as possible! On the day of the performance, there will be a number of “by-donation” seats available to reserve online. These will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

"WALK-INS"

Gates open at 6:30pm before each SBTS performance. At that time, any by-donation seats that have not been reserved will be available for “walk-ins”. If you choose to walk-in, you will be required to give contact information at the Front of House tent, in order for SBTS to keep records for contact tracing. Your information will only be used for this purpose, and will be destroyed after two weeks.

MASKS

To help protect all who visit SBTS this season, we are asking that audience members please wear masks when entering, and moving around in, the Cambridge Battery performance area. Since you'll be seated in a "bubble", feel free to remove your mask when sitting down!

GOLF-KART

For folks who may not be able to make the walk into the performance site (approx. 10-15 minutes from the Tower Rd. parking lot), we have a FREE golf-kart service! Please call in advance (at least 2 hours before show-time) 902-422-0295 to reserve.

FOUL WEATHER/EXTREME HEAT

In the event of foul weather, or extreme heat, the decision to cancel a performance will be made at 5pm (2 hours before show time).  Folks who have reserved Sweet Seats will be contacted by our ticketing agent, Ticket Halifax, and be given the opportunity to rebook for another date. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we will not be performing "rain shows" indoors this season.

We will also update our social media channels, and office phone message with nightly show information, shortly after the 5pm call has been made.

HOW TO FIND US

All SBTS performances take place in the Cambridge Battery at Point Pleasant Park. Enter through the Tower Rd. parking and walk on the main path for approx. 10-15 minutes. Follow the SBTS logo signs!
